CHAMP
The Community Health Access Model Program, or CHAMP committee, as it is better known, develops and delivers preventative health educational workshops that address matters of particular concern to residents of at risk and under-served communities. The range of subjects covered is quite broad: members of CHAMP discuss everything from Depression and Senior Intimacy to Diabetes and Tobacco Education with people of all ages at our Community Partners. Despite this wide-ranging scope, CHAMP’s volunteers strive to connect the topic at hand with each workshop’s participants on a personal level through intimate discussion.
